Cancellation before Shipping Policy :
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can Instantly Cancel the order by Logging In to your PositiveGems Shopping Profile.

or call us on +91 9311869578 (ALL DAYS) 10AM to 7PM to raise a cancellation Request.
Order Once Cancelled,
Refund will be Issued to your source Account which you used to make purchase.
Cancellation After Shipping Policy :
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped, Then it cannot be cancelled at your end & cancellation button will be disabled as the order is already been handover to courier Partner.
In Such Cases If you raise a manual Cancellation Request by contacting our customer service or If you refuse to accept the order when courier Partner attempted delivery then we will refund you as store credits minus the shipping charges to your PositiveGems Shopping Profile.
You can utilise the Store credits to make another purchase within 1 year from the date of Issuance.
Please be Informed that NO REFUND TO ORIGNAL PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU CANCEL THE ORDER POST SHIPPING.
When will my store credits available ?
Once we receive the Returned order back to our warehouse,
Store Credits will be automatically added to your shopping profile.
You can also track the live status of the transaction by logging into your profile.
